Scott Bentley has been tending gardens around Hale and Altrincham since 1989. The business has run as Bentley Garden Services (Hale) Ltd since 2019, but the way it works hasn't changed in decades: turn up when you say you will, do a proper job, leave the garden tidy, and treat every garden as if it were your own.

Most of what we do is regular maintenance — the weekly or fortnightly rhythm that keeps a garden looking cared-for all year rather than letting it get away from you. Lawns cut to a clean stripe and edged, hedges kept square, borders weeded, everything under control. It's quiet, dependable work, and it's the reason so many Hale households have kept us on for years.

But it isn't only mowing and hedges. The same team takes on hedge and tree work, general clean-ups and garden rescues, fencing, jet washing, Indian sandstone patios and flagging, artificial grass, turfing, planting and full landscaping projects large and small. Because it's the same crew throughout, there's no chain of subcontractors and the standard stays consistent from the groundwork up.

The reviews tell the same story from the client's side.
